Overview

FuelJourney is an offline trip-cost calculator. This policy explains, in plain terms, how the app handles information on your device. FuelJourney is built to work entirely without an internet connection and without requesting any device permissions.

Information We Collect

FuelJourney does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app has no internet permission and cannot send data anywhere. There are no analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party libraries that access your data.

Information Stored on Your Device

To make repeat use easier, FuelJourney saves the following values locally on your device using Android's standard SharedPreferences storage:

• Your last entered distance, vehicle mileage, and fuel price
• Your Round Trip and Extra Fuel Buffer selections
• Your preferred distance unit (kilometers or miles)
• Your Dark Mode preference

This information never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server, not visible to us, and not accessible to any other app. You can clear it at any time using the in-app Reset button or by clearing the app's storage from your device settings.

Permissions

FuelJourney requests no runtime permissions and no special access (no internet, no location, no storage, no contacts, no camera, and no microphone).

Children's Privacy

FuelJourney does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because the app does not collect information at all.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is ever updated, the new version will be posted at this same page with a revised "Last updated" date.
